Any interpretation posted to PillowPatter has been added by a non-professional and is not meant for any psychiatric use. ALL DREAMS AND INTERPRETATIONS POSTED ON PILLOWPATTER ARE MEANT FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT ACT AS MEDICAL OR PSYCHIATRIC ADVICE. PILLOWPATTER IS NOT LEGALLY LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED BY USER-POSTED INTERPRETATIONS, AND YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT TO SUCH LIABILITY. You also understand and agree that the site may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary to provide the services made available by PillowPatter. You also understand and agree that you may occasionally receive emails from PillowPatter announcing new services, updates, or other site-related information. However, if you wish to not receive any such emails, you may opt-out of them by logging into your account and you will be removed from the mailing lists. Removal may take a several weeks, but we'll attempt to remove your name as quickly as possible. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current service shall be subject to the TOS.

REGISTRATION: As a registered user of PillowPatter, you guarantee that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true and current information about yourself during registration and to promptly update that information as it changes. If any registration information is untrue or if PillowPatter has any reason to believe it is untrue, PillowPatter has the right to remove any user account without warning or explanation.

ACCOUNTS: You will select a unique username and password during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify PillowPatter of any unauthorized use of your password or account and to exit from your account at the end of each session.

VISITOR SUBMISSIONS: We reserve the right to remove visitor-submitted dreams and interpretations to this website for any reason at anytime without warning and without explanation. In most cases, posts will only be removed because they are either deemed spam or highly offensive to the general public. We also reserve the right to modify portions of visitor-submitted posts for any reason and at anytime without warning and without explanation. In most cases, modifications would only be done to either remove sensitive information (such as personally identifying contact information) or to obfuscate inappropriate language. We do not claim responsibility for any failure or delay in removing such visitor-submitted content. We do not claim ownership of any visitor-submitted comments. But, by submitting comments, you grant us the right to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, adapt and promote your submission in any medium. Furthermore, you also agree that we are not liable for visitor-submitted content. We do not have the duty nor make the claim that any or all of visitor-submitted content has been been screened before being made publicly available. CONDUCT: You understand that by using PillowPatter, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will PillowPatter be liable in any way for such content. And as a registered user of PillowPatter, you agree not to:

1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
2. harm minors in any way;
3. impersonate any person or entity;
4. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the service;
5. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
7. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
8. interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the service;
9. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
10. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
11. "stalk" or otherwise harass another.

INTERNATIONAL USE: You agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify and hold PillowPatter and its partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service.

ADVERTISING: Any dealings with advertisers found on this site are outside the parameters of PillowPatter and are solely between you and the advertiser. You agree that PillowPatter will not be held responsible for any problems related to such advertisers.

LINKS: All registered users have the ability to include domain names in their individual profiles and links to personal websites, but because those sites are outside the control of PillowPatter, you agree that PillowPatter will not be held responsible for any problems related to such links.

GENERAL:

1. Choice of Law, Jurisdiction and Venue: This TOS will be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of New York. The parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue by and in, as applicable, the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York for any dispute, claim or litigation.
2. Attorneys' Fees: In any legal proceeding between the parties, the substantially prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees.
3. Notices: All notices, requests and other communications must be in writing, and be mailed by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, or delivered by hand.
4. Non-Waiver and Severability: Waiver of any breach of this Agreement is not a waiver of any other breach. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be severed from this Agreement and the balance of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
5. Statute of Limitations: You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

WARRANTIES: We provide this site "as is", "with all faults" and "as available." We make no express warranties or guarantees about the services. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICES AND ALL SOFTWARE, CONTENT AND SERVICES DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THIS SERVICE ARE MERCHANTABLE, OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, ACCURATE, TIMELY, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NEED, OR NON-INFRINGING. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ARE ERROR-FREE, RELIABLE, WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY SUPPORT SERVICES, WILL BE EFFECTIVE, RELIABLE, ACCURATE OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS SERVICE (EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH THIRD-PARTY NETWORKS) AT TIMES OR LOCATIONS OF YOUR CHOOSING. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY US SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
